Daoist Hunyuan school · lineage holder of the Wudang South Pole (Nanji) gate
A Daoist of Taihe Palace at the Golden Summit of Wudang Mountain, Teacher Lu spent twenty-two years in quiet cultivation on the mountain. He practises martial arts and qi cultivation and is versed in the Yi (Book of Changes) and in medicine. His study covers the Daoist “five arts” of mountain, medicine, destiny, physiognomy and divination (山医命相卜), together with Daoist fasting (bigu), zhuyou and taiji qigong.
He has been invited to teach at Moscow University in Russia, in Singapore and elsewhere, and regularly teaches at large securities firms, funds and companies. He describes himself as a teacher of practised, tested experience (实修实证).
