Chapter 11 — The Usefulness of Empty Space
第十一章 无之以为用
A wheel depends on spokes, but it turns because of the empty hub. A bowl is shaped from clay, yet it serves by holding space. A room needs walls, but we live through its doors, windows, and interior. The chapter directs attention toward what ordinary measurement overlooks: pauses, margins, availability, and room to move.
